I am writing to let you know that I am selling our Website Hosting, Development and Search Engine Optimization services to my number 1 employee, Marc Pinnell. Marc will be taking over that part of our business effective this Saturday, the 28th.
Shasta will continue to offer connection services as we have for the last 20+ years. This change will allow Marc to focus on the website development and hosting customers and provide the same high-level services we have come to be known for over the last few decades. Marc's company is called Prime42 LLC. Effective Saturday and from that day on, all of our Hosting and Website Services customers will be invoiced by Prime42 using the same billing system you have seen from Shasta.com.
Shasta.com and I will be focusing on our Internet Connection Business which has grown significantly over the last few years to the point where I needed to make a decision about how to focus better on the two businesses. As Director of Website Hosting and Development, Marc has provided outstanding services to our customers and his 20 years of experience in website development positions him well for continuing the quality services Shasta has been known for over the years.
I ask that you support him and call him with any needs you might have regarding your email, your website or any online Marketing needs. John Reid, our network administrator, and Cole Lamkin, our SEO Specialist will be joining Marc at Prime42. This will ensure a seamless transition for everyone.
Marc and I plan to continue working closely together in the years to come and I invite you to call him with any needs you have for your website or call me with any questions you may have about your internet connection services.
